Dakkota Integrated Systems, launched in 2001, is a joint venture between Intier Automotive Interiors and Rush Group, LLC, created to efficiently and effectively service Original Equipment Manufacturers by managing the complete assembly and sequencing of integrated automotive interiors.
Intier Automotive Interiors and Rush Group, LLC joined with the vision of becoming a premier total supply manager of interior modules and complete interiors.
The partnership was ideal and held several “natural” fits. Intier, as a complete Interior Integrator, required an alliance with a company who was experienced in transportation and logistics. Rush Group, LLC, already established as an automotive contract carrier, wanted to diversify their role into logistics management, assembly & sequencing, and component manufacturing. Each aspired growth, diversity, and expertise, and each could build off of the other.
